Anastrozole is a generic name of Anastronat and is manufactured by Natco Pharma Limited. It is is used in the treatment of breast cancer in women after menopause. The main root cause of this cancer is estrogen which helps cancer cells to grow faster.  Anastronat decreases the amount of estrogen inside the body thus putting stop on its growth and slowly it decreases the area covered. Make sure it you won't take any extra dose even if it is missed. It can cause the problems related to estrogen levels in the body.
